The world is changing at lightning speed. In this fast-paced reality, coaching becomes an island of awareness - an invitation to pause and look deeper. About the “International-Level Professional Coach” program This program is for those who seek depth, a systemic approach, and professional fulfillment in the field of coaching. LEVEL 2 is an accredited path toward ICF (PCC) certification, opening doors to international coaching practice.

Coaching isn’t a trend - it’s a response to the times. When the world demands quick fixes, a coach chooses pause, inquiry, and authentic presence. That’s why we are proud to welcome the participants of the 162nd cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (Level 2) program - individuals ready to listen, support, lead, and grow.

Today, we proudly congratulate the graduates of the 146th coaching cohort at COACHING.UP on completing the Professional International Coach program (Level 1). This was your first step into the profession, but for many of you, it has already been a deep inner transformation and a new perspective on life.

Supervision is more than a tool. It is the art of being present in moments of doubt and crisis, as well as in times of joy and growth. It is the willingness to hold space for honest conversations, where the true maturity of a coach emerges. You have become those who can see not only the client, but also yourselves in a new light - recognizing your own shadows and strengths, and learning from experience, both yours and others’.

Individual learning at COACHING.UP is a space of freedom and depth. It is an opportunity to move at one’s own pace, to listen inwardly, and to live each lesson as a personal discovery. The student of the 12th cohort chose this path - the path of honest dialogue with oneself and with the world.

The foundations of psychology are the basis on which a coach’s ability to hear the client beyond words rests. They are knowledge about the inner world of a person - their emotions, beliefs, and unconscious motives.

This is not just the beginning of studies - it is the moment when coaching becomes an inner choice. A choice to live with depth, to ask honest questions, to create a space where clients can find their own answers.

The 136th cohort represents maturity, inner strength, and a courageous choice. You came into coaching not for a new “career option,” but with the intention to live differently, see differently, and connect differently. You came to learn how to create change - in yourselves and in others.

The 135th cohort is a story of mature decisions, inner strength, and profound intention. It is the journey of people who entered coaching not by chance or for a temporary skill, but with a deep calling to make coaching a part of their lives. For you, this has become not just education, but a new way of thinking, perceiving the world, and connecting with people.
