Today we celebrate the graduate of the 22nd individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program. This is not just the end of a training stage - it is the moment when knowledge, practice, and personal experience transform into a new quality of life and professional maturity.
Coaching is always a journey, where every meeting brings discovery. It is not a set of rules or an algorithm, but a space where one learns to be present, to listen to oneself, and to trust the process. Here, the ability is born to see beyond words, to feel deeper than the surface, and to support another person on their path to truth.
The individual format at COACHING.UP allowed the student of the 22nd cohort to walk this path in their own rhythm, with full immersion in practice and self-dialogue. Each session became a living experience of transformation, each exercise - a step toward inner strength.
During the training, the graduate:
integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into their practice;
gained experience through real coaching sessions, supervision, and mentoring;
