The program helps the participant of the 57th individual cohort gradually integrate international standards from ICF, EMCC, and AC, which define the modern professional culture of coaching. At the same time, it develops the ability to work with people through trust, respect, and a deep understanding of their potential.

The graduation of the 38th individual cohort at COACHING.UP tells a story of a quiet yet profound process of development. A journey where coaching gradually stops being just knowledge and becomes a way of seeing both people and the world.

We are launching the 2nd cohort of a program dedicated to one of the key aspects of professional coaching practice - working with long-term contracts.

Today, we celebrate the graduate of the 11th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program. This is a completion that does not close the chapter - it opens a new level of professional and personal presence in coaching.
