Coaching as a Path of Growth: Graduation of the 50th Individual Cohort at COACHING.UP

Coaching is the art of creating a space where a person begins to see more possibilities and make conscious decisions. Through this approach, the student of the 50th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program completed their journey at COACHING.UP.
The individual learning format allowed coaching to be experienced as a process of deep development. It was a path of attentiveness - to oneself, to others, and to the changes that emerge in the dialogue between coach and client.
During the program, international standards ICF, EMCC, and AC were integrated, defining the ethical and professional principles of coaching worldwide. Particular attention was given to developing a coaching mindset - the ability to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and support clients in finding their own answers.
LEVEL 2 in coaching represents a stage of professional maturity. At this level, coaching stops being only a subject of study and becomes a way of thinking and interacting with the world.
Today, the graduate of the 50th individual cohort completes this stage as a coach who works according to international standards and understands the value of true partnership with clients.
Ahead lie new coaching practices, international certification, professional projects, and many conversations where coaching will help people find their own path.
