The completion of the 185th coaching cohort at COACHING.UP marks the moment when coaching moves from learning into real professional practice. Participants of the program “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) have gone through a journey where coaching became not only knowledge, but also an inner foundation.
Coaching is the art of dialogue. It is the ability to create a space where a person can explore their goals, see new possibilities, and make decisions aligned with their values. This is exactly the culture of coaching that the participants of the 185th cohort developed throughout the program.
LEVEL 2 represents the stage where a coach’s professional identity is formed. At this level, coaching is revealed as a combination of practice, ethics, and a deep understanding of human processes.
During the program, participants of the 185th coaching cohort integrated international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, worked with real clients, and received mentoring and supervision. This experience helped them develop skills in deep listening, powerful questioning, and thoughtful client support.
At this level, coaching means being present with a person in their development process - not imposing solutions, but supporting their own path.
Today, the graduates of the 185th coaching cohort complete the LEVEL 2 program and begin a new stage - professional coaching practice.
Ahead are many conversations where coaching will become a turning point for change. New clients, projects, and international certification opportunities also lie ahead.
We congratulate you on completing this important stage and wish that coaching continues to be a space of growth, depth, and true partnership in your professional journey.
