183rd Coaching Cohort: Completion of LEVEL 2 at COACHING.UP

The graduation of the 183rd coaching cohort at COACHING.UP marks an important milestone in the professional development of coaches who have chosen the path of growth through presence, dialogue, and partnership. Completing the program “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) represents not only the end of training but also the transition to a new level of professional maturity.

Coaching begins with the willingness to listen. To listen deeper than words. To notice more than what is obvious. This is the ability that participants of the 183rd cohort gradually developed throughout the program.

This program creates a space where coaching is revealed as a profession grounded in ethics, responsibility, and respect for client autonomy. Here, coaching becomes more than a set of tools - it becomes a way of thinking that allows meaningful and transformative conversations to emerge.

During the program, participants of the 183rd coaching cohort integrated international standards from ICF, EMCC, and AC, practiced with real clients, worked with mentors, and received supervision. Each coaching session became an opportunity to experience how presence, powerful questions, and trust open new perspectives for people.

At this level, coaching means being present with a client during important life processes. It is support without giving advice, partnership without pressure, and trust that a person is capable of finding their own solutions.

Today, the graduates of the 183rd coaching cohort complete their training, but in reality they are beginning a new professional chapter. Ahead are new clients, international certification, and projects where coaching will become a catalyst for change.

We congratulate you on completing LEVEL 2 and welcome the emergence of a new generation of coaches who work with presence, ethics, and professionalism.
