Today, COACHING.UP congratulates the graduates of the 184th coaching cohort on completing the program “Professional Coach of International Level” (LEVEL 2). This has been a journey of development where coaching gradually became not only a professional tool, but also a new way of interacting with the world and with people.
Coaching is a space where clarity emerges. It is a space where a person can pause, recognize their resources, and make conscious decisions. Throughout the program, participants of the 184th cohort learned how to create exactly this kind of space.
LEVEL 2 in coaching represents the stage where professional depth is formed. At this level, coaching is not only about techniques, but also about the quality of the coach’s presence - the ability to listen deeply, hold space for dialogue, and support the client in finding their own answers.
During the program, participants of the 184th coaching cohort worked according to the international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, engaged in practical coaching sessions, and received mentoring and supervision. This allowed them not only to understand the principles of coaching but also to experience them in real client work.
At this level, coaching means seeing a person’s potential even when they themselves do not yet recognize it. It is the art of asking questions that expand perspective and support meaningful change.
Today, the graduates of the 184th coaching cohort complete the LEVEL 2 program and enter the profession as coaches ready to work according to international standards.
Ahead are new clients, coaching sessions, professional partnerships, and international certification.
We believe that coaching, in your hands, will become a space of growth and development for many people.
