With pride and inspiration, we announce the launch of the 4th nabor of the “International Level Group Coach” course at COACHING.UP! This marks another step in building a powerful international community of coaches capable of working with groups where the strength of interaction and partnership comes to life.

About the course: "International Level Group Coach"

In this nabor, students dive into the art of group coaching, where the main task is not only to facilitate a session but also to hold the space for the transformational work of the entire group. Throughout the training, they will learn how to structure processes, manage group dynamics, apply ICF standards, and combine the competencies of a professional coach with the challenges that arise in real sessions.

A central focus of the program is practice. Students will experience the live process of group interaction, receive feedback from international mentors and supervisors, and develop their own cases for assessment. Participants of the 4th nabor will explore how to create an atmosphere of trust, manage group tension, and transform resistance into a source of growth.
