Step by step, the student integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into practice, conducted coaching sessions, mentoring, and supervision, discovered the value of silence and the power of questions that shift thinking and open new horizons. It was a time of deep discoveries, of building inner strength, and of developing maturity that allows supporting clients even in the most challenging circumstances.
