Today we celebrate a significant milestone - the graduation of the 21st individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program.
This moment is not just the end of studies, but a confirmation of maturity, courage, and the choice to walk the path of depth.
True coaching always begins with the decision to be honest with oneself and with the world. The student of this cohort made exactly that choice - he entered the program not to gain an additional skill, but to embrace a new quality of life. For him, coaching became more than a technique; it became a space to meet his true Self, a way of thinking, and a way of interacting with others.
The individual learning format allowed him to grow at his own pace, focusing on the areas most meaningful to him. Along this journey, he integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into his practice, discovered the power of silence where the most important insights emerge, and learned to trust both the process and the client.
