Today, we proudly congratulate the graduate of the 18th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program. This is not just the completion of training - it is the closing of a deep life chapter, where coaching became not only a profession but also an inner choice to live differently.

In the individual format at COACHING.UP, coaching unfolds as a living journey: without standard lectures or rigid templates, but with practice that truly transforms. Every session for the student of the 18th cohort became an opportunity to feel presence, every exercise a step toward maturity, and the work with mentors and supervisors a key to a new level of professionalism.
During this journey, the participant:
integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into their coaching practice;
learned to create a space where clients feel safe and can find their own answers;

developed their own coaching style, built on ethics, presence, and depth.
