We are proud to announce the start of the 7th cohort of the “Professional International Mentor for Coaches” course at COACHING.UP!
This marks a new stage where coaches ready to share their experience and support others on their journey step into deeper professionalism and maturity.
Mentoring is a unique form of professional interaction. While coaching has no space for advice, mentoring allows us to see deeper: how competency markers show up, where growth opportunities lie, and how to take the next step toward professional maturity.
The course helps participants to:
integrate ICF and EMCC international standards even more deeply;
learn to identify competency markers and support other coaches in their growth;
create a safe, trusting space for learning and practice;
develop skills in facilitation, analysis, critical thinking, and working with metaphors;
work with group dynamics and build mature, honest dialogue.
Over the course of five months, students receive not only structured knowledge but also real hands-on practice guided by international PCC and MCC mentors. Intervisions, supervisions, and mentoring sessions with deep feedback create a space where professionalism, confidence, and depth can grow.
Today’s market faces a clear shortage of certified mentors. This course is therefore an opportunity for coaches to gain a new specialization, expand their professional horizons, increase their value, and become those shaping the future of the international coaching community.
