Coaching as a New Chapter of Life: Graduation of the 20th Individual Cohort at COACHING.UP

Today we are proud to congratulate the graduate of the 20th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2). This is a special moment - the completion of a journey that became not only professional training but also an inner transformation, changing the way of thinking, seeing, and interacting with the world.
Coaching is always a choice. A choice not to follow ready-made instructions, but to create your own path. A choice to live consciously, to listen to yourself, and to trust the process. The participant of the 20th individual cohort made this choice when they decided to see coaching not as a profession “for the résumé,” but as a way of life, a way of thinking, and a way of being present with others.
They entered the program with the desire to rediscover themselves, and each stage of learning became not only practice but also a revelati- about themselves, about others, about life.
The individual training format allowed them to move at their own pace and depth. Throughout this journey, they:
integrated international standards ICF, EMCC, and AC into their practice;
gained experience through real coaching sessions, supervisions, and mentoring meetings;
learned to create a space free of judgment and pressure, where clients can find their own truths;
developed the ability to listen beyond words and to remain present even in difficult situations;
formed their own coaching style, based on ethics, maturity, and authenticity.
LEVEL 2 - more than training
This program is not just an educational process. It is a space where a new quality of life emerges. For the graduate of the 20th individual cohort, finishing the program became a symbol of maturity, strength, and readiness to work on an international level.
They are now a coach, capable of supporting clients in their key life decisions, helping them access inner resources, and opening new horizons.
Ahead lie international certifications, new projects, clients, and partnerships. But above all - a life where coaching is no longer just a job, but a choice to be authentic and to support others in their search for truth.
We are grateful to the graduate of the 20th individual cohort for their courage, trust, and commitment. Their path in coaching is only beginning, and we are certain it will become a source of inspiration and transformation for many around the world.
