Today, a new chapter begins in the history of COACHING.UP. We proudly welcome the very first individual student of the International Business and Executive Coach program. This is a special milestone, as for the first time, executive coaching in our university is starting in a fully personalized format – with the entire process built around one person, their professional goals, and their unique pace of growth.
This program is designed for those who want to work with business owners, top managers, and corporate leaders. In a one-on-one format, the student has:
integrated ICF international standards into executive coaching practice;
developed the competencies required to support long-term contracts;
learned how to build partnerships with business clients based on trust and results;
mastered the latest trends in executive coaching – from negotiation and contracting to fostering a coaching culture within organizations;
worked with real business cases and shaped their own style as an international-level executive coach.
The first individual cohort is not just the beginning of one student’s journey. It is proof that executive coaching can be fully personalized, with mentors and supervisors guiding a unique path and helping the student build a mature professional identity.
This format allows for deeper immersion into the essence of executive coaching, going beyond standard frameworks, and opening new horizons for the global coaching community.
