We are proud and excited to announce the launch of the 3rd nabor of the “International Level Group Coach” course at COACHING.UP! Each new nabor is more than the start of a training program. It is the creation of a new space where coaching becomes a living process of interaction, partnership, and growth, and where group dynamics turn into a true resource.
This program is designed so that participants not only learn the techniques of leading group sessions but also experience the uniqueness of the group space where synergy emerges. Participants of the 3rd nabor will learn to conduct sessions for audiences of three or more people, following ICF international standards that ensure professionalism and high quality in the process.
Throughout the course, they will refine their mastery: how to structure a session, how to integrate core coaching competencies into group work, and how to maintain balance between individual needs and collective dynamics. Special focus is given to working with group processes - from trust to resistance, from chaos to clarity. This is where a coach’s true maturity is revealed.
The participants of the 3rd nabor are not just gaining knowledge - they are immersed in a practice-based environment. It’s about real dialogues, post-session reflection, and support from international mentors. They will learn how to create cases for assessment, build strategies for long-term contracts after group coaching, and develop their own professional brand.
A key part of the program is working with real challenges: how to manage group dynamics, how to hold space in difficult moments, and how to transform tension into growth. This is experience that cannot be acquired from books alone - it is born in practice and shared work.
The 3rd nabor at COACHING.UP is not just the start of a program - it’s the creation of a new circle of coaches who can work with groups at a high level and create spaces of change for many people at once. We are grateful to our students for their trust and confident that ahead of them lie new challenges, new clients, and new opportunities.
This is only the beginning of a journey where group coaching becomes not just a professional tool, but a true art of growth, partnership, and inspiration.
