For our student, this period was more than a program. It was a time of deep inner work - with personal beliefs, patterns of thinking, and the quality of presence. Coaching gradually stopped being a tool and became a way of seeing a person - as a whole, without judgment, with respect for their choices.

Today, we celebrate the graduate of the 11th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program. This is a completion that does not close the chapter - it opens a new level of professional and personal presence in coaching.

The “Behind the Glass” project at COACHING.UP has come to an end. It was a comprehensive professional cycle that gave participants the opportunity to observe the real work of a PCC ICF-level coach within a long-term coaching contract.
