Today, COACHING.UP celebrates the graduation of the 7th cohort of the International Business and Executive Coach program - a professional community of coaches who choose to work where strategy, responsibility, and real impact intersect, shaping decisions that affect people, teams, and businesses.
This cohort represents consolidation of position. A moment when a coach moves beyond process support and becomes a true partner to leaders within complex managerial realities - where advice matters less than clarity of thinking, presence, and the ability to work with the consequences of decisions.

Throughout the program, participants:
