The training starts on March 25, 2026, classes will be held for 2 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays online via Zoom, 10:00 am New York time (GMT-5). The number of participants is a maximum of 30 people.

Access to your personal account will be provided two days before the program starts after the contract is signed and the payment for the first month (or the full amount for the program) is made.
The Level 2 program at COACHING.UP is designed even for those who are just beginning their coaching journey.
It combines foundational knowledge with an in-depth study of all 8 coaching competencies, covering the entire path to the professional PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level.
After completing this program, there is no need to take additional courses or continue studying elsewhere - you immediately receive all the required training hours, practice, mentoring, and session evaluation needed to apply for the PCC qualification with ICF (or other coaching federations). You can also choose to start gradually, first applying for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) qualification.
This is the most comprehensive route into the profession, offering maximum opportunities both for those who want to build a career as an international coach and for those who aim to develop personal skills, confidence, leadership, and effectiveness in their own field.
Yes! Often, students purchase the "Optimal" package and later decide to expand their learning opportunities, transitioning to the "Maximum" package. It's easy to do by informing your administrator and making an additional payment for the price difference. If you started in another program, such as Level 1, and realized you need a deeper level and plan to go for the PCC certification, contact our managers to make changes. You will need to re-register in a new Level 2 group and start from scratch. These are different training programs.
Not at all! For each group, a separate chat is created on Telegram, where the group administrator, the main trainer of your cohort, tutors, and your classmates are almost always available. Group chats are a great bonus to the learning process, where everyone can find like-minded people, have pleasant conversations, exchange experiences, make useful connections, and access a wealth of development information. Additionally, you can find any of our staff and your classmates in the mobile app chat.
Refunds are possible! You can stop your studies at any time. You will be refunded for the sessions you did not attend. The refund is made after deducting 8% (bank charges and paid taxes). To apply for a refund, email tanya@coachingup.university, including your bank card number and cardholder's name in Latin letters. The refund will be processed within 10 calendar days, at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day of the request.
IMPORTANT: We do not process payments to banks in Russia and Belarus.
To obtain an individual ICF PCC certification, you need to finish the accredited Level 2 program and accumulate the required hours of client work. After completing the Level 2 program, you can apply for the first level of individual certification — ACC (Associate Certified Coach), which requires a minimum of 100 hours of client work.
Alternatively, you can skip this stage and go directly for the second level of individual certification — PCC (Professional Certified Coach), which requires at least 500 hours of client work.
After applying to the federation, you gain access to an online test, which will assign your certification level.
We prepare you for this online test as part of our accredited programs, so after completing our training, it will be easier for you to become a coach with an individual ICF qualification, as well as in ACC and EMCC.
ICF is the largest and most authoritative coaching federation in the world, present in over 150 countries and territories. With an accredited program completion or individual certification level, you will be able to work in any of these areas.
This process is very individual and largely depends on the student’s activity. The federation allows students to conduct coaching practice from the first days of studying an accredited program. However, we recommend starting client work only after three months of training when you have learned the main competencies and understand how to conduct a session from start to finish.
To help you gain your client experience, we created a Facebook group where you can join a Zoom practice session as a coach every Sunday. We also regularly create additional projects to help our graduates accumulate hours.
The Level 2 diploma confirms a complete professional level of coach training according to ICF standards and allows you to officially apply for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification.
This international recognition enables you to work with clients around the world — as an independent coach, in corporate development programs, or within companies in roles that require leadership, mentoring, and effective communication skills.
The Level 2 certificate is valued not only in the coaching industry. It gives a competitive advantage to managers, HR professionals, trainers, and consultants, as it proves mastery of modern methods for working with people, developing potential, and building teams.
We are constantly evolving and developing the coaching culture. The university has several initiatives, one of which is a company collaborating with large corporations on coaching projects. After completing the program and obtaining ICF certification, our graduates have the opportunity to work with us as coaches on a paid basis.
Additionally, there are several university projects (Coaching by subscription, etc.) where you can work as a coach.
You can also stay with our team as an Observer, Mentor, or Trainer.
