One-to-One Coaching Education: COACHING.UP Welcomes Its 70th Individual Cohort

COACHING.UP has launched the 70th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program. Another student is beginning professional coach education in a format that can be adapted to their own pace, previous experience, and progress.

One of the distinctive aspects of individual training is the opportunity to regularly review practice with an experienced professional. Working with a personal mentor throughout the learning process makes it easier to notice changes in session quality, revisit specific coaching competencies, and identify areas that deserve additional attention.

Students in the individual format can choose a personal mentor from COACHING.UP trainers who hold PCC ICF credentials. The theoretical part of the program is delivered one-to-one, while the learning plan and schedule can be adapted to the student’s progress. The individual pathway is designed to take approximately four months, with a personalized schedule also available.

Training includes practice in both coach and client roles, mentor coaching, observed sessions, written developmental feedback, and preparation for professional assessment. This allows coaching competencies to be explored directly through the student’s own practice.

“International-Level Professional Coach” is an ICF Level 2 program. It also holds EMCC Global accreditation at Senior Practitioner level and Association for Coaching accreditation in the Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training category.

Congratulations to the student of the 70th individual cohort on beginning this new stage at COACHING.UP. We wish you valuable work with your mentor, thoughtful practice, and steady professional development in coaching.
