Professional Coaching Beyond Training: COACHING.UP Celebrates Graduates of Cohorts 201 and 202
Cohorts 201 and 202 of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program have completed their training at COACHING.UP.
Throughout the program, students progressed from studying professional coaching competencies to applying them in practice. They learned to establish clear agreements with clients, listen closely to their goals, notice what is happening within a session, and maintain a professional partnership throughout the coaching process.
Completing Level 2 marks the beginning of the next stage of professional development. From here, growth continues through client work, reflection on coaching sessions, mentor coaching, and further development of professional competencies.
“International-Level Professional Coach” is an online group coach education program delivered through live Zoom sessions. The learning process combines professional competency development with coaching practice, mentor coaching, observation, and developmental feedback.
The program holds ICF Level 2 accreditation, EMCC Global accreditation at Senior Practitioner level, and Association for Coaching accreditation in the Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training category.
