Refunds are available! You can stop the training at any time, and you will receive a refund for the sessions you haven't attended yet. The refund will be issued minus 8% (covering bank fees and taxes). To request a refund, please email tanya@coachingup.university, providing your bank card number and the cardholder's name in Latin letters. The refund will be processed within 10 calendar days at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day of the request. IMPORTANT!!! To obtain an individual ICF qualification, you need to complete an accredited Level 1 or Level 2 program and accumulate the required number of client work hours. After completing the Level 1 program, you can apply for the first level of individual certification – ACC (Associate Certified Coach), which requires at least 100 client hours.
After completing the Level 2 program, you can apply for the second level of individual certification – PCC (Professional Certified Coach), which requires at least 500 client hours.
Once you submit your application to the federation, you will gain access to an online test, which will assign your qualification level.
As part of our accredited programs, we prepare you for the online test, so after completing your training with us, it will be easier to become an ICF certified coach.
The Level 2 diploma confirms a full professional level of coach training according to ICF standards and opens the opportunity to officially apply for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification.
This international recognition allows you to work with clients around the world – as an independent coach, in corporate development programs, or inside companies in positions that require leadership, mentoring, and effective communication skills.
The Level 2 certificate is valued not only in the coaching field It provides a competitive advantage for managers, HR specialists, trainers, and consultants, as it confirms proficiency in modern methods of working with people, developing potential, and building teams.
This process is very individual and largely depends on the student's own activity. The federation facilitates this process for students by officially allowing them to start coaching practice from the first days of training in an accredited program. However, we recommend starting client work only after three months of training, when you have learned the core competencies and have a clear understanding of how a session is conducted from start to finish.
To help you gain client experience, we have created a Facebook group where every Sunday you can join a Zoom session to practice as a coach.
As of June 2024, the university has graduated 2085 students from the Level 1 and Level 2 programs. Of these, 14% have received ICF individual qualifications. This is a fairly high figure considering that approximately 50% of students come to training not for a profession but to enhance their skills and improve the effectiveness of their existing activities.
We are always evolving, constantly developing and promoting the coaching culture. Therefore, the university has several areas of activity, one of which is a company that collaborates with large corporations on coaching projects. After completing their training and obtaining ICF certification, our graduates have the opportunity to work with us as coaches on a paid basis.
There are also several university projects (such as Coaching by Subscription, etc.) where graduates can work as coaches if they wish.
Additionally, graduates can remain part of our team in roles such as Observer, Mentor, or Trainer.
