The program helps the participant of the 57th individual cohort gradually integrate international standards from ICF, EMCC, and AC, which define the modern professional culture of coaching. For our student, this period was more than a program. It was a time of deep inner work - with personal beliefs, patterns of thinking, and the quality of presence.
