Completion of the 1st cohort of the course “Coaching Services Sales Skills”

The 1st cohort of the course “Coaching Services Sales Skills” is coming to completion. This moment is not only about summarizing the learning process, but about a shift in how sales are perceived within a coaching practice.


During this time, coaching has stopped being seen as something that needs to be “sold.” Instead, a different understanding has emerged: sales in coaching are a continuation of the dialogue. It is the ability to clearly and honestly communicate the value of the work while remaining in a coaching position.


Participants of the 1st cohort have moved from uncertainty to greater clarity in how long-term contracts are built. How trust is developed. How a client makes a decision to engage not under pressure, but through awareness of their own need.


Throughout the process, it became clear that a contract is not just an agreement. It is a structure that supports the client’s progress while also providing the boundaries within which that progress becomes possible.


This course provided more than tools. It offered a new way to look at client interaction - as a process where sales, delivery, and results are interconnected.
