The 186th coaching cohort has completed the LEVEL 2 program at COACHING.UP. This stage is not about the amount of knowledge or the number of models learned. It is about how the way of seeing the client, the process, and coaching itself transforms. It is about developing a professional vision that allows for deeper and more precise work.
We congratulate the graduates of the 186th cohort - those who chose not quick answers, but the ability to remain in the process of exploration.
The program became a space where coaching gradually moved beyond techniques.
Here, it was not only important “how to ask a question,” but “from what place it is coming.”
During the learning process, a different quality of attention was formed. The ability emerged to notice nuances that define the depth of dialogue: tone, pauses, and shifts in the client’s thinking.
This is how the ICF, EMCC, and AC standards are integrated - as a living practice, not as external criteria.
LEVEL 2 is the level at which a coach begins to see more broadly. Not only the client’s request, but the context in which it arises. Not only the words, but the process behind them.
It is also about the ability not to interfere where it is important to give space.
And about responsibility for the quality of that space.
The 186th cohort demonstrated that coaching becomes a profession not when there are tools, but when inner clarity and stability emerge.
Today, you leave the program with a different level of perception. With the ability to work without rushing. With the capacity to remain in contact even in complex topics.
Ahead lies practice, growth, and new challenges.
But the most important has already happened - a professional vision has been formed.
COACHING.UP - a space where coaching becomes a way of seeing more.
