Graduation of the 187th coaching cohort LEVEL 2 - coaching as a quality of interaction

The 187th coaching cohort has completed the LEVEL 2 program at COACHING.UP. This graduation is about a different quality of interaction. A moment when coaching stops being a set of actions and becomes how you enter a conversation, how you listen, and how you build connection.

We congratulate the graduates of the 187th cohort - those who chose to develop not only skills, but also a way of interacting with the world.

In this program, coaching gradually shifts from the level of “what to do” to the level of “how to be.”

Each session, each practice, each review became an opportunity to notice:

  • how trust is created,

  • how clarity emerges,

  • how the client’s thinking evolves.

This is a process in which international standards such as ICF, EMCC, and AC stop being frameworks and become internal reference points.

LEVEL 2 is about the ability to stay in contact without pressure.

The ability not to fill the silence, but to work with it.

The willingness not to know - and to remain in that state together with the client.

It is a level where coaching becomes more subtle and at the same time more impactful.

The 187th cohort showed that real development does not come from adding complexity to tools, but from simplifying one’s position. Through clarity, attention, and presence.

Today, you leave the program with an experience that cannot be replaced by theory.

With an understanding of how partnership is created in coaching.

Ahead - new conversations, new clients, and new levels of depth.

And it is within these processes that coaching will continue to show itself as a living practice.

COACHING.UP - a place where coaching becomes a quality of interaction.
