The Completion of the 60th Individual Coaching Cohort: Another Step Toward Professional Mastery

The 60th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program has been completed. This completion is about a journey that is built not around one major event, but through dozens of small steps: first coaching sessions, challenging questions, professional exploration, practice, feedback, and the moments when theory gradually turns into personal experience in coaching.
Individual learning provides an opportunity to move at your own pace, giving particular attention to the aspects of coaching practice that require the most focus. It is a format in which professional development becomes a personal journey - with its own challenges, discoveries, and growth points.
The training is designed to help future coaches gradually develop a comprehensive professional system: from understanding the fundamental principles of coaching to confidently working with client requests.
Practice has been an important part of this process. It helps participants see how coaching competencies work in real interactions, learn to notice the nuances of a conversation, formulate questions more precisely, and better understand their own impact on the process.
Working in accordance with the international professional standards of the ICF, EMCC, and AC also plays an important role. These standards help build a strong foundation for continued professional development and shape an approach in which quality of work, ethics, and responsibility are integral components of coaching practice.
Completing the training is not an endpoint, but an opportunity to bring the knowledge and experience gained into real-world practice, continue developing, accumulate professional coaching hours, work with different clients, and move toward new professional goals.
