The 206th Coaching Cohort Has Started at COACHING.UP

There are moments when familiar approaches stop delivering results. When answers become more numerous, yet fail to bring clarity. At that point, a different need emerges - not for new tools, but for a new level of understanding. It is from this internal shift that the 206th coaching cohort at COACHING.UP begins.

This is a starting point for those who are ready not just to solve problems, but to explore how they arise. For those who want to work not only with actions, but with the thinking behind them.

The Level 2 program is 8 months of learning, during which coaching gradually unfolds as a process of working with attention, meaning, and change.

Here, what matters is not how quickly an answer is found, but how precisely the request is understood.

Participants of the 206th cohort go through a journey where the very logic of their work begins to change.

They learn to:

  • notice how a client’s thinking is formed

  • work with what is not visible on the surface

  • stay in the process without the need to accelerate it

The learning process is built through practice, supervision, mentoring, and deep reflection.

This allows participants not just to understand coaching, but to experience it.

The integration of ICF, EMCC, and AC standards happens not as a formality, but as a gradual development of professional clarity and responsibility.

COACHING.UP, as a university, creates an environment where depth can be explored without pressure or urgency.

Here, the focus is not on meeting expectations, but on forming one’s own way of seeing and interacting.

Participants of the 206th cohort choose not simple solutions.

They choose the ability to stay with complexity and work with it.

Ahead are 8 months in which coaching gradually becomes part of their way of thinking.

Part of how a person listens, speaks, and makes decisions.

The 206th cohort represents coaching as a process in which depth, clarity, and a new quality of interaction emerge.

COACHING.UP - a university where coaching becomes a way of seeing more.
