The 189th coaching cohort has completed the LEVEL 2 program at COACHING.UP. This graduation is about responsibility. Not responsibility for the client’s result, but responsibility for the space in which that result becomes possible.
We congratulate the graduates of the 189th cohort - those who chose to work at a level where quality matters more than speed.
The program became a process in which coaching revealed itself as work with space and attention.
In this process, the role of the coach changes. Instead of active influence, there is the ability to hold space. Instead of control, there is trust in the process. Instead of advice, there are questions that open new perspectives.
This is how the international ICF, EMCC, and AC standards are integrated - as a practice of responsibility rather than a formal requirement.
LEVEL 2 is the stage where a coach begins to recognize the impact of their presence.
Every word, every pause, every reaction becomes part of the process.
This requires maturity. The ability to notice oneself, maintain focus, and remain in partnership.
The 189th cohort demonstrated that coaching is not about “doing things right,” but about creating conditions in which a client can see more clearly and make their own choice.
Today, you leave the program with a different level of responsibility.
And that is what defines the quality of your future practice.
Ahead are growth, certification, and new professional opportunities.
But most importantly, there is the ability to work with the space in which transformation happens.
COACHING.UP - a place where coaching becomes a responsibility that shapes results.
