You have completed hundreds of hours of practice, individual mentoring, and supervision. You have learned to hold space without pressure or judgment, to be a steady presence even in silence, and to build dialogue where the client discovers their own truth. You have integrated ICF, EMCC, and AC standards into real practice and strengthened the inner foundation that allows you to be a coach in any situation.
