Today we celebrate the graduate of the 26th individual cohort. This moment is not just the completion of a training program. It is the point where interest in coaching transforms into a profession, and seeking becomes a mature choice. It is the story of how coaching becomes an inner foundation that helps you look deeper and see more broadly.
Through the one-on-one format, our student went on a true journey of transformation. It was hundreds of hours of practice, mentoring, and supervision, where each encounter opened new horizons. He learned to listen beyond words, to hear the meanings hidden between the lines. He discovered the power of silence and presence, creating a space where the client’s most important decisions can emerge.
By integrating ICF, EMCC, and AC standards, he built a foundation of professionalism that combines ethics, depth, and authenticity.
The 26th individual cohort proved that coaching is not a set of techniques, but a choice to BE. To be there for the client when they hesitate. To be the one who believes, even when the path is unclear. To be the space where a new quality of life is born.
