Coaching Begins with a Professional Coaching Mindset: The Launch of the 216th Level 2 Cohort

What distinguishes an ordinary conversation from a professional coaching interaction? Not ready-made answers or universal techniques. First and foremost, it is the coach’s mindset and professional stance - the way they listen, ask questions, work with context, and create space for the client to make their own choices.
This is exactly what the 216th cohort of COACHING.UP’s “International-Level Professional Coach” Level 2 program is dedicated to, along with many other important aspects of the profession.
Ahead lies seven months of systematic learning, during which participants will be able to deepen their professional knowledge, gain extensive practice, and gradually integrate coaching competencies into their own work.
Professional coaching requires the ability to work with each client’s uniqueness. What helped one person may not necessarily be appropriate for another. That is why it is important to develop not a dependence on ready-made scripts, but professional flexibility and the ability to see the broader context.
Throughout the training, participants work on developing a deeper understanding of the logic of the coaching process, strengthening their active listening skills, developing the ability to formulate questions, support awareness, and create a partnership-based interaction.
Practice is an important part of this seven-month journey. It is through practical experience that participants can recognize their own strengths, identify areas for development, and understand what kind of coach they want to become in their professional practice.
The program is aligned with the international standards of the ICF, EMCC, and AC, helping participants build their professional practice on the foundations of ethical principles, competence, and respect for the client.
The 216th cohort is seven months during which knowledge gradually becomes experience, and experience becomes professional confidence.
Coaching begins with learning, but it continues in every session that follows, every client request, and every professional discovery.
