Today, we proudly celebrate the graduate of the 5th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2). This moment is unique-it marks not only the completion of studies but also the beginning of a greater path, where coaching becomes an inner choice and a new way of life.
Coaching is always about depth. It is the courage to slow down, to look at oneself honestly, and to learn to listen beyond words. It is a space where each question opens the door to new meaning, and where silence itself becomes a source of strength.
The individual learning format at COACHING.UP allowed the participant of the 5th cohort to move at their own pace, listen to themselves, and experience the training as a true transformational journey. Each session became a moment of discovery, each exercise a step toward new maturity.
Throughout this journey, the graduate has:
integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into their practice;
gained real experience through coaching sessions and individual mentoring;
learned to create spaces built on trust, respect, and authenticity;
developed their own coaching style, rooted in ethics, depth, and presence.
LEVEL 2 more than education
