Coaching as the Art of Being Yourself: Graduation of the 19th Individual Cohort at COACHING.UP

Every new beginning is born from a choice. The choice to see the world differently, to go further than what is familiar, and to listen not only to external noise but also to one’s inner voice. This is the choice made by the student of the 19th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program.
The individual format allowed our student to experience each step at his own pace. It was a space where learning became a dialogue with oneself, and practice - a ground for inner insights. In this rhythm, he integrated international standards (ICF, EMCC, AC) into his practice, learned to see the client without masks or expectations, to hold a space of silence where answers are born, and to trust the process that always leads to something new.
He discovered that coaching is not a set of techniques, but the art of being present. It is a state of presence in which unconditional trust arises. It is a way of engaging with the world, where every conversation can become a point of no return - the beginning of a new reality for the client.
LEVEL 2 is always more than education. It is the moment when a coach does not simply receive a certificate but is born into a new professional identity. It is a maturity that allows one to see beyond the surface, hear beyond the words, and support the client where they most need a space of freedom.
The graduate of the 19th individual cohort is now part of the global community of coaches who work by international standards and influence the world not through instructions, but through genuine presence and the power of authenticity.
We are certain: this graduation is only the beginning of a greater story. Ahead lie new clients, new challenges, and dozens of moments when his words, questions, or silence will become the key to transformation. Ahead are also international certification, new projects, and professional partnerships that will open even greater horizons.
The 19th individual cohort is proof that coaching is chosen by those who are ready to look deeper, discover new meanings, and live authentically. Today we celebrate not only a graduation but the birth of a new coach - professional, mature, and genuine.
