Coaching is a profession rooted in presence, attentiveness, and partnership. It is the ability to create a space where a person can pause, look at a situation from a different perspective, and hear their own answers.
The completion of the 56th individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” (LEVEL 2) program at COACHING.UP is an important professional milestone and the result of consistent work on oneself and on developing coaching competencies.
The individual learning format provides an opportunity to immerse more deeply in the profession, move at one’s own pace, and dedicate sufficient attention to practice. Every session, every question, and every professional reflection gradually contributes to developing a coaching mindset.
The program combines the international standards of the ICF, EMCC, and AC, practical experience, and the systematic development of competencies required for professional work with clients.
The particular value of coaching lies in moving away from ready-made advice. A coach does not determine what a client’s path should look like. Instead, the coach helps the client see more, explore their inner resources, define their own goals, and find solutions that truly belong to them.
LEVEL 2 is a transition from learning the fundamentals to developing a more mature professional coaching stance. It is where the ability to work not only with tools, but with the full complexity of the coaching process is developed: listening, noticing, asking precise questions, supporting the client’s autonomy, and trusting their potential.
