Coaching as maturity in action: launch of the 205th cohort Level 2 COACHING.UP

A coach’s professional path begins with mastering tools. But at a certain point, this is no longer enough. A deeper demand emerges - for precision, for depth, for a different quality of presence. This is exactly what stands at the foundation of the 205th cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2).
In this program, coaching unfolds as a practice of maturity. It is not about quick solutions or efficiency at any cost. It is about the ability to stay in contact even when the conversation becomes difficult. It is about not avoiding uncertainty, but working with it.
Throughout the learning process, a new level of attention develops. A coach begins to see more - the context, the client’s internal processes, and connections that were previously unnoticed.
This transforms the entire approach to work. Instead of searching for the “right solution,” the focus shifts to creating a space where the client can find their own.
LEVEL 2 is also preparation for international certification. But more importantly, it is about forming a professional identity - one in which coaching is not just a role, but a way of thinking and relating.
The 205th cohort brings together people who have chosen to grow deeper, not faster. And this is what creates a different level of impact.
COACHING.UP - a place where coaching becomes a maturity expressed in every dialogue.
