Coaching is not a movement toward an answer. It is the creation of a space where an answer becomes possible. This approach formed the foundation of the learning journey of a participant in the 53rd individual cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program (LEVEL 2).
The individual format made it possible to work with depth, without rushing.
It was a process where coaching gradually shifted from a skill to a way of thinking:
from the desire to help - to the ability to be present
from searching for the right question - to genuine curiosity about the client
Throughout the program, a key coaching competency was developed — creating space.
A space where the client can explore, question, pause, and discover their own meaning.
A space not filled with advice, but filled with attention.
LEVEL 2 is the stage where a coach moves beyond “following a model” and begins working with the client’s real experience.
It is a transition into maturity, where what matters is not what is said, but what happens within the dialogue.
The graduate of the 53rd individual cohort enters the profession as a coach capable of holding uncertainty and trusting the process of change.
Their tool is not technique, but attention.
Their strength is not in answers, but in the quality of presence.
Ahead is a path of practice where coaching reveals itself in every conversation:
in the precision of a question, in the depth of silence, and in the ability not to rush.
The 53rd individual cohort is about coaching as a space where new thinking, new decisions, and a new quality of life emerge.
