The 41st individual cohort at COACHING.UP marks the beginning of a new chapter. It is the choice of those who seek not only to master the profession of coaching but also to discover a deeper level of awareness, presence, and partnership.
The 41st individual cohort is a space where coaching becomes a way of thinking. This is where maturity and responsibility are born, where students learn not just to work with a client but to create the conditions in which the person finds their own answers and becomes the author of their own life.
The individual format is a unique journey where each student moves at their own pace. There is no rush or comparison, only the depth of immersion into real practice. Each session becomes a laboratory of transformation, where questions and answers, challenges and discoveries meet.
This program combines everything that makes coaching unique:
international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, which form the ethical and professional foundation;
live feedback from mentors and supervisors;
practice where the student learns not only to master techniques but to live in a state of presence, partnership, and trust.
Being a coach means having the courage to look deeper. It is the path to seeing the person in their wholeness, supporting them in moments of doubt, and opening doors to potential they may not have realized existed.
