Coaching as a New Professional Path: The Launch of the 215th Level 2 COACHING.UP Cohort

Today, coaching is not simply a standalone tool for working with people. It is a profession that requires a systemic approach, continuous development, and the ability to create a high-quality space for exploration and forward movement.
That is why we are opening the 215th cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” Level 2 program at COACHING.UP.
The participants have 7 months of learning, practice, and professional immersion ahead of them. This is a period during which they gradually develop an understanding of coaching not only as a set of techniques, but as a holistic professional practice.
The training helps participants move from a theoretical understanding of coaching to confident work with real client situations. Participants explore different aspects of the profession, develop coaching competencies, practice, and receive professional feedback.
Special attention is given to how a coach builds an interaction with the client. After all, a high-quality coaching session is not about the number of questions asked or tools used. It is about the ability to stay attentive to the process, notice what is significant, support exploration, and not take away the client’s responsibility for their own decisions.
Seven months of training create an opportunity to move forward consistently: become familiar with new approaches, test them in practice, analyze personal experience, and gradually develop a professional style.
The program is also based on the international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, which provide an important foundation for professional development and further growth within the international coaching community.
The 215th cohort is a starting point for those who are ready to invest time in a profession that requires depth, practice, and continuous improvement.
