The individual format at COACHING.UP gave them the opportunity to move at their own pace and experience learning as personal transformation. Step by step, they integrated the international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, facilitated coaching sessions, worked with mentors and supervisors, and explored the power of questions and silence where true answers arise.
