The individual format allowed the student to move at their own pace, with full attention to details and goals. Throughout the program, the student:
integrated international standards ICF, EMCC, AC, which define the quality of coaching worldwide;
completed dozens of mentoring and supervision sessions, each experience becoming a step toward maturity;
learned to create a space free of judgment and pressure, where clients can open up;
discovered the power of silence - the very place where the most important insights are born;
developed a personal coaching style that combines ethics, presence, and depth.
