The 35th individual cohort became for our student a space of silence and presence, where they learned to hear not only the words, but also the intentions, to feel the emotions between the lines, and to create an atmosphere of trust in which clients could discover their true “Self.”
During this journey, there were dozens of hours of practice, mentoring, and supervision. Each session turned into a laboratory for exploring both self and client. Mistakes became teachers, and successes - confirmations that the path was chosen correctly.
Working with mentors and international supervisors, the student discovered a new level of professionalism - one where not only technical execution matters, but also the quality of presence, ethics, and the depth of trust.
By integrating the standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC, the graduate of the 35th individual cohort has built a new professional identity. For them, coaching is no longer a set of techniques or a “job on a schedule.” It is a way of thinking and a culture of interaction, where authenticity carries more power than words.
