This is exactly where the 210th coaching cohort of the “International-Level Professional Coach” program begins at COACHING.UP - a learning experience for those who aspire to work with people not superficially, but at the level of meaning, thinking, and inner transformation.
In this program, coaching is revealed as a process of attentive interaction, where the goal is not to give advice, but to help a person see their own path, their own decisions, and new possibilities.
Over the course of 7 months, participants:
learn to work with clients’ deeper inquiries;
develop skills of professional listening and presence;
explore how thinking influences choices, behavior, and results;
build the ability to work consciously, ethically, and respectfully.
The program includes practical coaching sessions, supervision, mentoring, and work with real-life cases, allowing participants to integrate coaching not only into their professional activities, but also into the way they interact with the world.
The program is based on international ICF, EMCC, and AC standards, helping participants develop not only professional competencies, but also the inner maturity of a coach.
