184th Cohort at COACHING.UP - A New Chapter in International Coaching

We proudly welcome the start of the 184th cohort of the Level 2 “International-Level Professional Coach” program. Every new cohort is the beginning of a unique journey where coaching goes beyond learning and becomes an inner path to depth, awareness, and true transformation.

The Level 2 program meets the international standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC. It is designed for those ready not only to study techniques but to rethink their way of thinking, relating, and being present. Here, learning combines structure and freedom: from foundation to mastery, from first sessions to professional practice, from inner discovery to international certification. It is a path where theory immediately comes alive in practice, and each coaching conversation becomes an experience that transforms not only the client but also the student.

At COACHING.UP, coaching is not a toolbox or a set of questions. It is the art of seeing a person in their wholeness, creating a space where they feel their own strength and freedom of choice. It is the ability to hold silence, when silence itself reveals depth. It is a presence where trust, courage, and new vision are born. We believe coaching is not about giving advice, judging, or offering ready-made solutions. It is a partnership in which the client uncovers their own answers and creates their own path.

The 184th cohort is made up of people who chose not just a profession, but a lifestyle. They are ready to ask questions that unlock meaning, to support others through change, to work with clients worldwide, and to build a practice grounded in maturity, ethics, and authenticity.

We warmly congratulate the 184th cohort on the beginning of this meaningful journey and thank each participant for their trust. Together, we are shaping a new culture of coaching - international in quality, ethical in approach, and transformational at its core.
