Today, we proudly congratulate the graduates of the 146th coaching cohort at COACHING.UP on completing the Professional International Coach program (Level 1). This was your first step into the profession, but for many of you, it has already been a deep inner transformation and a new perspective on life.
Coaching is not only about knowledge and skills. It is a new culture of presence. It is the ability to be with a person exactly when they need support. It is the art of hearing more than the spoken words and seeing beyond the obvious. It is a path of honesty, ethics, and respect that form the foundation of a true coach.
Throughout this training, you discovered a different level of interaction:
mastering international standards ICF, EMCC, AC,
completing dozens of hours of practice, mentoring, and supervision,
learning to create a safe space where clients can truly be themselves,
experiencing the power of silence and questions that transform perspectives,
strengthening your inner foundation to remain steady and fully present for others.
The 146th cohort has proven: coaching is not a set of techniques. It is a new way of thinking and engaging with the world.
A Finale That Opens New Doors
Today you complete the program, but in reality, you begin a new stage. Ahead of you are real clients, real practice, and challenges that will make you stronger. Most importantly - new opportunities to change people’s lives through the power of coaching.
The 146th coaching cohort is a generation of coaches ready to be an example. You have learned to hold space without pressure, to support even in uncertainty, to trust the process, and to believe in the potential of another human being.
We thank you for your courage, openness, and dedication. For choosing not to stay on the surface, but to go deeper. For your willingness to work on yourselves and uncover new meanings.
We are proud of you. And we believe that your coaching is already changing relationships, teams, and society.
Congratulations, graduates of the 146th coaching cohort!
May coaching continue to be not only your profession but also your inner state. May it become a culture of life - a culture of honesty, depth, and trust.
