Every new start at COACHING.UP marks the beginning of a new story.
And the start of the Level 1 program is a special journey - a journey toward yourself, a new professional identity, and a deeper way of being with others.
Today, we are happy to welcome the 159th coaching cohort - those who have taken their first important step toward coaching.
And this is not just about a new profession. It’s about a new way of thinking, listening, and being present.
Coaching isn’t about teaching - it’s about supporting.
It’s the ability to see strengths, to create a space where awareness, decisions, and transformation can emerge. That’s what we teach at COACHING.UP - with respect, ethics, and attention to what’s real.
The “International-Level Professional Coach” program includes:
core coaching competencies based on ICF standards,
first real-life practice sessions with clients,
foundations of professional ethics and a coaching mindset,
strong support from an international team of trainers and mentors.
The students of the 159th cohort have already made a transformative choice - a choice not about what to know, but about who to become.
The 159th cohort is another reminder that coaching is chosen by those ready for inner maturity, for influence through presence, and for a path built on deep respect for others.
