December is a time of reflection and new intentions. And during this special season, the COACHING.UP community is joined by the participants of the 156th coaching cohort - those who have chosen not just a course, but a journey of deep transformation.
Coaching, in our philosophy, is not a technique - it's presence. It’s the ability to create space where a new quality of life can emerge. It’s about honoring each person’s unique experience and being able to stay present, hear what’s real, and connect with the essence.
The “International-Level Professional Coach” (Level 2) program is more than a path to international certification (ICF, EMCC, AC). It’s an invitation to dive deep within. It’s a path of development that transforms how we think, communicate, and show up in the world.
The participants of the 156th cohort have already embarked on this journey - not into theory, but into practice. Not into “how to do it right,” but into “how to do it real.” They are learning how to:
offer support rather than advice,
ask questions that unlock insight,
listen with respect, without pressure,
build partnerships grounded in trust and honesty.
