Today we celebrate not just the completion of training, but the birth of a new circle of supervisors for whom supervision has become an essential part of professional life.
Supervision is more than a tool. It is the art of being present in moments of doubt and crisis, as well as in times of joy and growth. It is the willingness to hold space for honest conversations, where the true maturity of a coach emerges. You have become those who can see not only the client, but also yourselves in a new light - recognizing your own shadows and strengths, and learning from experience, both yours and others’.
The 3rd cohort is a circle of people who chose a demanding path. This path requires courage: to look at oneself from the outside, to accept the truth even when it is uncomfortable, and to believe that true mastery is born in openness and partnership. You have shown that coaching is not only about transformation for clients, but also about the deep inner transformation of those who practice it.
Today we celebrate not an end, but a beginning. The beginning of a new role for each of you. You have become supervisors, and that means:
being a point of support for coaches walking the path of professional growth;
becoming a source of clarity when doubts arise;
creating a space where confidence, ethics, and true presence are born.
We are proud of you. We are grateful for your courage, depth, and dedication. We know that your contribution to the international coaching community will be significant, and your influence long-lasting.
