The Finale of “Behind the Glass”: What International-Level Coaching Looks Like

The “Behind the Glass” project has come to its conclusion - and it was far more than a learning format. It was a rare opportunity to witness real executive coaching in action.

Throughout the entire cycle, participants observed the full journey of a long-term coaching contract: from the initial meetings with the client and the formulation of the coaching agenda - to the final session and the integration of the transformational process.

This was live, honest, and professional coaching - without scripts or staging.

A real client. A real request. Real decisions and real responsibility.

The “Behind the Glass” project made it possible to see how a PCC ICF–level coach works within a long-term contract, where the focus is not on individual techniques, but on:

  • the logic of building the client–coach relationship;

  • the quality of contracting and maintaining focus;

  • working with deep goals and life choices;

  • supporting the client through periods of uncertainty and change;

  • a mature coaching presence in complex and sensitive moments.

All sessions were conducted by Kateryna Peters, PCC ICF, in an open-observation format.

Participants did not simply watch - they learned to notice nuances, ask questions, analyze decisions, and understand the internal architecture of a long-term coaching engagement.

The final session became a point of integration for the entire journey:

  • for the client - an awareness of the transformation achieved,

  • for the observers - a systemic understanding of what high-level professional coaching looks like in practice.

The “Behind the Glass” project demonstrated that coaching is not about flashy insights or quick results. It is a process in which presence, ethics, responsibility, and trust play a central role.

We sincerely thank Kateryna Peters for her open professional stance, high standards of work, and willingness to share real-life practice.

We also thank all project participants - for their engagement, curiosity, and respect for the depth of the process.

The finale of the “Behind the Glass” project is not a full stop.

It is a benchmark for what international-level coaching can - and should - be.
