International Level Group Coach

At COACHING.UP, the 8th cohort of the "International Level Group Coach" course has officially begun. This program offers a new perspective on coaching - not only as a profession focused on working with individuals, but also on facilitating meaningful interaction between people. It is within a group setting that some of the most powerful insights emerge, as every participant becomes not only the author of their own discoveries but also an essential part of others' growth.

Group coaching is a professional competency that combines coaching skills, systems thinking, and the ability to work with complex group dynamics. It is the art of creating a space where people listen to one another more deeply, recognize multiple perspectives, and discover solutions that emerge through collective thinking.

The course is built around extensive hands-on practice. Participants work with real group processes, facilitate coaching sessions, analyze their own coaching style, participate in supervision and mentoring, receive professional feedback, and gradually build the confidence needed to work with groups of any level of complexity.

Special attention is given to integrating ICF international standards into the group coaching format. This makes it possible not simply to facilitate meetings, but to build professional interactions grounded in partnership, ethics, trust, and respect for every participant. These principles create an environment in which the group itself becomes a resource for each individual's development.

The program is valuable both for coaches who are just beginning to work with groups and for experienced practitioners, business trainers, facilitators, HR professionals, and leaders who want to use group coaching as a modern tool for developing teams and organizations.

We sincerely congratulate the participants of the 8th cohort on the beginning of this professional journey. Ahead are new skills, meaningful professional connections, hundreds of hours of practice, and valuable experience that will prepare you to work with groups at a new level.

COACHING.UP continues to build an international community of coaches for whom coaching is not only a profession but also a culture of collaboration, growth, and creating spaces where people discover both their own potential and the potential of one another.
