The 7th Cohort of the “International Level Group Coach” course has officially begun at COACHING.UP. This program opens a new dimension of the coaching profession. Group coaching is much more than working with several people at the same time. It is the ability to recognize the processes that emerge between participants, support the development of the group as a unified system, and create conditions where each individual discovers their own answers while the group generates solutions that would not emerge in one-on-one coaching.
About the “International Level Group Coach” Course
This program is designed for coaches who want to expand their professional practice and work not only with individuals but also with teams, professional communities, and organizations. Group coaching requires a different level of awareness and presence. A coach must be able to observe each participant while simultaneously holding the entire group process, sensing shifts in group dynamics, and maintaining a balance between individual growth and collective development.
The program is structured to help every participant gradually develop their own approach to working with groups. Practice sessions, real case studies, mentoring, supervision, and professional feedback help participants integrate the international ICF standards into real coaching practice. Special attention is given to developing a coaching mindset, working effectively with group dynamics, creating an atmosphere of trust, and fostering shared responsibility within the group.
Participants learn to facilitate various group coaching formats, guide complex conversations, support team development, and help groups discover their own solutions without offering ready-made answers. This is what makes group coaching such a powerful tool for the development of modern organizations.
For some, the 7th Cohort will be a continuation of an established coaching practice. For others, it will become an entirely new professional direction. Regardless of experience, everyone is united by the desire to work with greater depth, broader perspective, and higher professional standards.
We sincerely congratulate the participants of the 7th Cohort. Ahead of you are extensive practice, professional growth, new discoveries, and numerous group coaching experiences that will help you see coaching as the art of developing meaningful human interaction.
At COACHING.UP, we believe that high-quality group coaching is one of the foundations of collaboration, trust, and conscious leadership. We wish this course to become the beginning of a new stage in your professional journey and to open even greater opportunities for your own growth and for the development of others.
